FIFTEEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pocono Pool Products warranties this liner to the original purchaser against defective workmanship and weld separations for a period of fifteen (15) years, prorated after the first year.

THIS WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure from other causes, including but not limited to, discoloration, fading, material irregularities, chemical damage regardless of origin or type of administration,cuts, punctures, tears, or any damage caused by abuse (physical or chemical), ice, water drainage issues, acts of God, misuse or abuse, accident, improper maintenance, negligence, pool cleaning equiptment, scuffing, exposure to excessive heat (consistently above 84 degrees fahrenheit) or improper measuring and/or installation.

2. Exact tile border match on closing wall seam(s) is not always possible and is therefore not considered a defect in materials or workmanship and is not a valid reason for warranty submission. Additionally, some vinyl materials contain a heavy ink coverage, which makes seams more noticeable. Seams that are noticeable are not considered a defect in materials or workmanship and are also not a valid reason for warranty submission.

3. This warranty applies to Vinyl Liners installed in Private Residential applications only.

4. The materials used in Pocono Pool Products liners are not produced by Pocono Pool Products. Any claim of failure deemed due to material defect should be forwarded to the manufacturer of said material. The name and address of the manufacturer may be obtained from our factory by supplying us with the serial number of the liner in question.

5. This liner warranty is enforceable only by the original retail customer and is not transferable to any other person or party.

6. In order to insure the maximum life expectancy of your liner your pool should be kept full of water and proper water chemistry should be maintained at all times. We are not responsible for any damage, imperfections, or irregularities that may occur should water be removed from the liner.

7. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the liner and does not include consequential damage or installation expenses other than outlined within this warranty. This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, either expressed or implied. The percentages indicated below represent the consumer's cost for repair or replacement and are applied to the retail cost in effect at the time of the repair or replacement. Calculations are based on the length of time elapsed as of the original installation date.

8. If a Pocono Pool Products LLC liner should fail during this warranty period as a result of a problem covered by this warranty, send a letter or email to our factory describing the problem. The notice must include the liner serial number, installation date, installers name and company name; homeowner name and address, daytime contact information and email address as well as photos of problem if available. We will promptly contact you and advise you as to the best way to proceed with your claim.

10. All freight charges for liners shipped to our offices must be prepaid by the consumer. All freight charges for liners shipped back to the dealer or consumer must also be paid for in advance by the consumer.

11. Repair or replacement covered by this warranty will be completed within fourteen (14) working days. Should the defect not be covered by warranty, a written explanation will be provided to the homeowner or dealer upon their request.
